Director of Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a hands-on Director of Human Resources to join our growing startup, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and people operations. This role will lead the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, onboarding, and ongoing talent coordination, while also supporting key HR functions as the company grows.

The ideal candidate is a people-focused, organized, proactive, and resourceful HR professional who thrives in a startup environment and can manage multiple priorities while building a strong talent pipeline. This person will work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, identify the right candidates, ensure a positive candidate experience, and help establish effective HR processes.

Key areas of responsibility include: talent sourcing and acquisition, candidate screening and interviews, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee support, HR documentation and processes, performance and engagement initiatives, and helping develop the people practices and infrastructure needed to support the company’s growth.
